About this fanlisting

I don't know about you, but I have always been fascinated by human/hawk relationships. I do not only know those from movies, but also from legends and fairytales - and, of course, they happen (or used to happen?) in real life as well. Now, this fanlisting, as you will have figured out, is dedicated to a friendship displayed in the 2001 film The Mummy Returns directed by Stephen Sommers: between Ardeth Bay from the desert people Medjai and his hawk Horus. Ardeth introduces the bird with the words "My best and most clever friend". Whenever Horus is around, Bay really focuses on him. Horus is a messenger between him and his people. The sad end however sees the hawk shot by the enemy.
